If you fill out a form — the property valuation form or the contact form — you’re submitting your name, email address, and phone number. That information goes directly to Claudia. She uses it to respond to your inquiry. Nothing else.
If you download the Executor’s Checklist, you submit your name and email address. You’ll receive one automated email with the download link, and you’ll be added to a mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.
This site also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages they visit, roughly where they’re located, and what device they’re using. This data is anonymous. Claudia doesn’t know who you are from it.
Google Analytics — collects anonymous browsing data. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Brevo — stores email addresses collected through the checklist download. Brevo’s privacy policy is at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
WPForms — handles the contact and valuation forms. Form submissions are sent directly to Claudia’s email.
GoDaddy — hosts this website. Standard server logs (IP addresses, page requests) are retained by GoDaddy per their own privacy policy at godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy.
Claudia does not sell your information. She does not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The only people who see what you submit are Claudia and the service providers listed above, who handle it as part of running the site.
Under California law, you can ask what personal information has been collected about you, request that it be deleted, and opt out of any sale of your data (there is none). To make a request, email claudia@sandiegoprobates.com.
